“Hi, At the Brisbane Homeshow last year we purchased an ETouch 800 Series and first of all I’d like to say we absolutely love it! When the builders installed the lock they lost one of the two little screws at the bottom of the backplate.  Now, today after the door slammed close due to wind we’ve lost the 2nd little screw.  Would you be able to provide us with some replacement screws or give us the specifications so I can try to find them in Bunnings?”
