  • Who is the KAS partner program aimed at?

    The KAS partner program is aimed at wholesale and trade businesses or businesses who wish to stock or on-sell KAS product and receive discounted pricing for bulk orders.

  • How do I become a KAS Partner?

    Partnering with KAS is easy. Simply click on the ‘Partner with us’ button at the top of the page and complete your application form online. Your application will be reviewed within 72 hours and one of our friendly staff will be in touch via email.

  • Is there a fee to become a KAS Partner?

    Joining the KAS Partner program is completely free to sign up and you can join at anytime.

  • What is the eligibility requirement to become a partner?

    Businesses wishing to partner with KAS will need to ensure they are a wholesale or trade business, retailer or service oriented business where the KAS product range would be complimentary to their existing offering. Business will also be required to commit to mandatory training requirements and encouraged to purchase at least one start up pack. Businesses who wish to provide KAS Installation services will also be encouraged to purchase a Warranty Spares Pack which will allow you to immediate replace product should you be called for a warranty replacement.

  • What’s included in the KAS Partner Start Up Pack?

    The KAS Partner Start Up Pack? contains everything you’ll need to demonstrate the KAS lock system to your client base. The startup pack is encouraged for all new partners and is RRP $399 inc gst.

  • Can I become a KAS partner if i’m based outside of Australia?

    Yes, KAS do have a select number of international distributors so please feel free to apply to become a partner.

  • What products can I resell as a KAS partner?

    As a KAS partner you can sell all of our active product range found on the B2B Portal. This includes Electronic Hotel Locks, Energy Saving Devices, Access Control Systems and their add-on components.

  • Is there standard margins and volume requirements for the program?

    Partner discounts start at 30% off the listed RRP. There are no minimum order requirements for locks and a minimum of 5 for most components such as cards and fobs.

  • What sales enablement resources does KAS provide to their partners?

    KAS provides a variety of sales and marketing resources via the online partner portal. Your team will have access to product brochures, sales tools and checklists, quoting guidelines and everything you need to know to be a KAS product expert.

  • What training and certification are available and is it mandatory?

    The KAS Partner portal contains a range of online training modules, how-to videos and FAQs. An online certification is also available and is a mandatory requirement to becoming a KAS partner. The certification will ensure that you and or your team have a basic level of knowledge to promote the KAS brand and to answer any questions your clients may ask.

  • How can I access KAS sales and marketing collateral?

    All of your sales tools and marketing resources can be found on the KAS partner portal.

  • What is the KAS Partner Portal?

    The KAS Partner portal is a secure website where KAS partners can login and not only place orders but access online training, product information, videos, technical how to articles, marketing resources and much more.

  • How do KAS Partners place orders?

    KAS partners can purchase stock or place orders online via a link on the partner portal. Orders can be paid for via bank transfer or credit card and if in stock will ship within 24hrs of receiving payment.

  • How can I add my branding to the KAS solution?

    Most of the KAS product brochures found in the portal have a section available for your business logo. Simply add your logo and print or email to your clients. As a partner you are also entitled to an authorised partner logo which you can display on your website or at your place of business. You will however be required to link any instance of the KAS Partner logo to the KAS website www.kas.com.au. 

  • What support do you provide to your partners?

    KAS offer a range of support options for partners, from online tutorials, videos and FAQs to email and telephone support for the more difficult questions.
