Returns Policy

Returns within 14 days of purchase 

  • KAS offer 14 day money back guarantee!
  • You may return any online product within 14 days and get a full refund for your item.
  • This includes change of mind and if the lock does not fit your door.
  • You will have to cover the return postage of the item.
  • All returned items need to be a ‘as-new’ condition in it’s original box.
  • Does not include damage lock product during installation or misuse.
  • Items returned that are badly damaged, have heavy scratches or dissembled may not receive a refund. However, generally, all returned items within the 14 days will be granted a return with a fair, honest, good customer service approach by KAS.

 

Returns after 14 days of purchase

  • Change of mind or the lock product does not fit your door after 14 days will not be granted a refund.
  • Extensions to this may be granted after clear discussions with KAS if you are waiting for your house to be built into the future, for example.
  • If you fail to discuss or communicate this to KAS before your purchase, no extension to this rule will be granted.
  • Just leave a note on the online order or call us.

 

Warranty 

  • 12 months warranty for all online ordered products
  • If there is any problem, we will send out an express post replacement with a return satchel
  • You agree to return the faulty item back to us so we can fully diagnose the item
  • If you do not return the item you may be charged for it. We send out the return satchel Free of Charge it’s very easy and convenient to send it back to us.
  • Outside the 12 months, you may have to purchase another lock. However, KAS’s approach is to reasonably and fairly replaces faulty products under warranty or thereabouts. (for example + 2 to 3 months) after the 12 months period.
